This is a folded card with a scalloped top

with apertures through which you can tie

ribbons. There is text in the oval centre mat and decoupage. Inside the card is an oval insert and there is a matching envelope.

The kit contains - main card, sheet

containing insert and toppers/decoupage and 2 envelope sheets.

The bows shown in the preview are simulations. You will use real ribbon.
