Post Office Friendly Card Kit - Purple Flower Plaque
With the increase in UK postal charges and so much confusion around them, I thought I'd create some kits that are well within the prescribed limits and therefore should only cost the minimum amount of postage.
Be sure to use slim sticky-pads for your decoupage, as the finished card inside the envelope should be able to pass through a slot which is 5mm deep and the total weight should not exceed 100gms. Check too that your printer is printing at 100% so as to ensure that your sheets do not print too large.
Although these kits have the PO guidelines in mind, there is no cutting back on value and the amount of detail that is included if you wish to use it. Each one contains a delightful card with optional decoupage, a matching insert, envelope and some gift tags. Everything you need to create the perfect card without having to break the bank to send it!
NB The guidelines used comply only with United Kingdom Post Office rules and may not apply in countries outside the UK.
A simple but effective card that is suitable for birthday, anniversary, thankyou, get well, Mother's day etc and comes with lots of greetings tiles to choose from. Plenty of decoupage if you wish to use it, or just keep it simple - the choice is yours!

I printed the insert, envelope and decoupage onto 160gsm card and the card blank and gift tag onto 220gsm.I folded the card blank in half ,attached the insert and as i will be hand delivering the card i used all of the decoupage elements which i attached using a mixture of foam pads and glue gel and also added a die cut butterfly.I love the idea of this kit as everything is included,a complete card base (with 'Handmade by' on the back) insert, envelope and gift tag.A great value kit and,of course, great for posting!!
