To start with I covered a card blank with green backing paper from this kit. I then layered up the shirt and boots pictures and adhered them to the card with foam tape, fixing a football to the bottom of the shirt picture.
I added a wavy border strip and stuck a birthday greeting over the strip with a couple of 'brads' at the edges.
I finished off by sticking a couple of stars to the card to go with the shirt sentiment.
