Pretty Snowscene Olive Happy Christmas Teardrop Trio Kit
I have designed this kit to make a card and an envelope to match. The card is a very simple one to make but it looks really effective when it has been made.
In this kit you get.. 1 base card sheet that also has a insert panel on, 1 decoupage sheet with teardrops and labels on, 1 matching backing paper, 1 envelope front and flap sheet, 1 envelope side flaps sheet, 1 kit preview and instructions.
I have made quite a few different variations of this kit so please look out for them.

Printed on matte photo paper, 165gm. I rough-cut the base image and one copy of the large teardrop, used spray adhesive on the backs, and stuck them to the backing paper sheet.
When dry, I cut them out along with the other pieces in the kit. (I cut the second large teardrop along the inner gold line to make it slightly smaller than the first one.) I colored the cut edges with a Krylon 18K gold marker, then scored and folded the base card and adhered the insert with DST.
Instead of gluing the large teardrop to the card, I made it into a removable ornament by creating a cradle for it from the small teardrops and the sentiment.
I glued the first set of small teardrops to the card with DST, then layered the second set with thick foam pads along the outer edges and the bottom so the ornament would fit down inside.
The sentiment panel is glued to the small teardrops along it's left and right edges. The second copy of the large teardrop is attached with thin foam pads, a hole punched in the top and a gold cord threaded through.
I added a large rhinestone snowflake to the back of the "ornament", some glitter embellishments and some green teardrop "jewels".
I put the envelope together with strong, narrow DST, then used some gold glitter glue on my finger and loosely dabbed it here and there along the outside edges-also on the card front.
Finished with a bit of glitter snow on the ornament.
Easy to make, versatile, and the backing paper is lovely in it's own right!
