The "pinch" bag center pushes flat and the back straps are designed to slide through the buckles allowing the bag to lie flat for storage.
I have added some inserts to neaten up the design as I did not like the bits you glue on the inside showing, but they are optional.

I printed all the sheets on to 160gsm card and cut out. Following the detailed instructions supplied, I assembled all the parts. I used strong double sided tape to attach the elements and foam pads where required.
I printed the backpack sheets onto glossy card & the inserts onto decoupage paper. I followed the instructions to assemble. I secured everything with strong double sided tape then added the decoupage using 2mm foam pads.
