Chess Secret Message Foldout Star Card Kit

A secret message foldout card features a shape on the front of the design, which conceals a message or sentiment, or you could insert a photo. My foldout card designs come in three different styles; foldout flower, foldout star and foldout heart.
Each kit contains a card base, foldout element with backing, embellishments and sentiments, an insert sheet, matching envelope and tutorial.

I chose a dark blue base leather grain card for my design. I used the base from the design, cut the 2 stars after placing them on a firm card and layered them with the greeting in the centre and black diamente beads on the points of the star.
I layered the chess pieces into 3D and applied using foam tape and finished off with a birthday greeting on the bottom edge.
