I printed the pop up section of the design onto good quality white card and cut it out. I printed the remaining pieces onto good quality photographic paper and cut them out also. I scored and folded the card as per instructions. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.
I attached the greetings to the card using thin foam tape. I printed the envelope onto 160gsm paper and cut it out. I assembled the envelope using strong double sided tape.
This is the first item I've made using CUP, quite easy to do - printed on 160gsm coated card on the office photocopier/printer, came out a bit dull but would improve if I use a photo/glossy paper in my home printer I'm sure.
Cut out all the bits by hand and stuck together with DST. Inked the edges with a marker pen to hide any white bits and added split pins to make handles for the 'doors'.
The card I used was too flimsy really but I cut a few spare pieces to reinforce the base so got it to work eventually.
Rather pleased with my first attempt - looking forwards to doing more!
