Kitty Calamity Over the Top Card Kit
This over adventurous kitty will bring a smile to anyone?s face. The card can be left purely scenic, or you can add a sentiment to the bottom cloud. Seven different sentiment panel layers are included as well as a blank panel so that you can also devise your own sentiments, making this multi-use card suitable for a wide range of occassions including Birthdays; saying hello; sending a friendly or supportive message; and sending an informal invitation to a gathering.
This shaped card can be used as a quick card or you can add the optional decoupage layers. The card comes with a choice of inserts and a matching envelope but it is also designed to fit a standard 6x6 inch envelope if you only want to make the card. This over the top design uses a card base with a portrait fold so it won?t splay open and gradually flatten with time while on display. Step by step instructions are included on each of the sheets.
This kit contains EIGHT sheets to choose from in all:
- a card base sheet with two of the sentiment panel layers (Want to hang out some time? And How?s it hanging?)
- a layers sheet with the optional decoupage layers for the front of the card; five more sentiment panel layers (Grasp life with both hands!; Life is a balancing act!; Have a swinging Birthday!; Hang On In There!; and Heard you?re having a tough time!)) plus a blank sentiment panel layer so that you can also devise your own sentiments
- a card insert sheet which has been left blank for your own greeting or message
- a second insert sheet with a philosophical message (Never let life pass you by, grasp it with both hands!)
- a third insert sheet with a generic greeting (With furry best wishes for a purr-fect day)
- an envelope front sheet
- an envelope back sheet
- a matching backing paper that you can print onto the reverse side of the card base sheet if you would like the inside of the card and the back of the cat to be patterned.
All the sheets are 300dpi high resolution sheets for quality printing.

I printed the base card on to card and the other sheets on to matte photo paper. Cut out and folded the card and attached the insert. Layered all elements. Added my chosen greeting and some butterflies and a dragonfly. Finished by making up the matching envelope.
A very cute design to suit many occasions and all ages..... a great value kit.
The card base was printed onto 250gsm matt photo paper, with the backing paper printed onto the reverse side, while the remaining sheets were printed onto 128gsm matt photo paper.
The card and envelope were then made up as per the instructions included on the sheets.
No additional embellishments have been added.
