I printed the card parts onto 200gsm matt photo paper, printing reverse of sheets 1 and 3 with background included, and the envelope parts onto 160gsm paper.
I scored and cut out the elements.
I followed the clear instructions to make up the card using strong DST for the flat joins and 2mm foam and silicone gel for decoupage.
I added a personalised greeting inside the card base and added the blank panel to the back with DST. I embellished the drum with little black gems. The envelope is put together with DST along the tabs.
These wonderful cards are very original, straightforward to make and are sure to surprise the recipient! The coordinating envelope is lovely, too! Great fun!!
I printed this kit onto 160gsm card, including the backing paper , (which I used to strengthen the base card as much as a cover of all white parts) at half size and cut out all the pieces.
I scored and folded as required and then added all the decoupage and a sentiment using foam pads. I also added the writing panel and the 'how to display' panel using dst. This is another in the series from Carol and if you have not tried one yet, I urge you to do so- you will not be disappointed!!!
A very easy card to make which will be loved by the recipient
