Old Rose Lady Locket Card Kit
In this kit you receive 1 Sheet Base Locket, 1 Sheet Locket Front, Locket Frame and Hinge, 1 A4 card to fold to A5 card with paper design,
1 A4 card to fold to A5 card with locket design and 3 A4 co-ordinating backing papers.
I have designed these new locket toppers as a 3D style card front topper. Simply cut out the locket (the double part) and then cut out the small hinge,
fold the hinge and locket in half and attach half to the back of the picture part of the locket, leaving a flap hanging. Then stick to your card,
then cut the frame out and mount using foam or silicone onto the picture in the locket and then cut the front of the locket out and
glue to the front of the locket..simple.
I have made these lockets to fit a A5 card.

This is a lovely set my hardest choice was which elements to use. Just printing this set out once I feel will give you 2 cards easily plus extras to help make up others.
I finally decided to use the backing paper with the beautiful roses on and the 2 sheets that made up the locket.
I cut out the locket and decided that I wanted to give an enamalled look to it so I triple embossed it using ultra think embossing powder. I did this for the front of the locket and the two picture pieces of the beautiful lady on the inside. This makes it look like there has been glass added in front of the photo.
The card base I used was an 8x8 inch in a stunning deep red. I cut a piece of mirri board 20.5cm squared and the rose backing paper 20cm sqaured, this I mounted onto of the mirri card. Wrapped a ribbon round the backing card in a shade similar to the roses on the backing paper.
I made up the locket as described on the sheets. This was very easy even if it had been embossed. Mounted the locket onto the card and wrapped a bow around the fold of the locket to hide any white bits.
Didn't want to add a bow to the ribbon wrapped around the card as I think this would have been to much so added a few puched flowers and gems for added pizzaz.
No sentiment as yet but this will be added to the bottom right of the card once I decide who will be receiving it.
The insert shows the locket closed.
