This design is quick to make, just needing some care taken when cutting out the dragon and faery. I printed the 2 backing pieces on matte photo paper and the dragon and banner on gloss photo paper.
I layered the dragon and the banner on foam squares, then raised their backing piece on more foam squares. A delightful card for anyone who needs a little magic in their day!
