I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I printed the envelope onto 160gsm paper and cut it out. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I assembled the easel as directed and attached both pictures to the design using double sided tape.
I added the oval which acts as a stopper to support the twisted easel when opened. I assembled the envelope using strong double sided tape.
