I printed the base of the design onto white card and then fed it back through the printer to print again.
The design is then on both sides of the card. I then cut this out.
I printed the rest of the design onto good quality photographic paper and the envelope onto 160gsm paper and cut these out.
I assembled the envelope using strong double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I assembled the easel as directed and attached the main design using double sided tape. This easel is a little different with the front section only secured at one side.
The ducklings and the flower part stand up and this acts as a stopper to support the easel when opened.
As suggested, before I attached the front part of the design I made a slit and fed the single flower through leaving some area free to have the greeting attached.
The part that is threaded through the opening is hidden when attached to the main base design.
This and the ducklings stopper fold forward and the whole design fits nicely into to envelope. A beautiful card and gift rolled into one.
I printed this kit onto 200gsm photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I scored and folded as necessary and assembled the card according to the instructions. I added all the decoupage, and sentiment using foam pads.
A very striking card which is easy to make and is suitable for many different occasions.
