Ice Blue Pussy Cat Card Kit

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded an 8 x 8 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage and added the panel using thin foam tape.

I added the greeting using thin foam tape. I added the insert to the inside of the card using double sided tape. This gorgeous design comes with matching gift tags and a bookmark.
