I backed the green insert with co-ordinating paperand I attached a brad flower.I then mounted thison to a card blank.I paper pieced a teddy stamped image and added this to the card.I stuck a "grandmas are special"sentiment ribbon to the bottom and added some punched flowers and gems.Inside the card I made a peel off sentiment which says"...and grandads too!"
