This lovely card could be used for many occassions including Birthday, Get Well, Thank You, or just to tell someone you are thinking of them.

Printed onto Photo Paper. Put topper on Textured Card. Decoupaged the rose with D/S pads, added the sentiment tag. Put 'raindrops' on with Glossy Accents and sprinkled with Diamond Dust. Very quick and easy card to make but very happy with the finished card.
