Multi purpose card - valentines, anniversary or wedding. I printed onto quality card then cut out 2 heart templates, attached red metallic card behind the cutouts and then attached the sheet to card stock.
I drew around the hearts then made a tag added a wire thread and glued a few hearts to this fixing this to the card with foam pads and finishing with a ribbon and peel off greeting.
