Printed onto semi-gloss photo paper. I then mounted the picture onto dark blue card stock. Decoupaged the picture. Sprayed the edges with some glimmer mist.Made a surfboard out of mirror card for the 21, also mounted the sentiment onto mirror card.
Finished of with a gold bottle of champagne and two glasses.
