A beautiful arrangement of flowers in a cut glass vase. The kit has 4 pages, including the page you see here. Page 2 has decoupage flowers, page 3 has the textured frame, a sentiment plaque with Happy Birthday and two small rose decoupage elements.

I printed the sheets for this kit onto 220gsm photo paper and cut out all the pieces. (I did not print the one with the black background) I took yellow and green paper and wove them together to make the background.
I added the frame and then the vase of flowers along with the decoupage. I finished with a faux bow and a sentiment 'For someone special' That is exactly what this card will say to the recipient - they are very special to the sender.
