Once the whole of the card front is stuck to the whole back of the card, the card is quite rigid.

Printed envelope onto 120gsm paper, and the card base onto 200gsm white card and all decoupage and front of card onto matte coated paper.
I used DST to mount front of card to base and silicone for the decoupage.
