Christmas Penguins Decoupage Stepper card KitCompleted by Barbara Stubbings

I just love the eyes on these penguins! I printed the design onto good quality white card and cut out all the elements. I inked the edges of all the decoupage elements and, following the very clear directions, assembled the card using spongy tape.

A very cool card that will compliment all other Christmas decorations for years to come
