I printed the sheet onto A4 card. I then cut out the top of the bag , making some holes where indicated, then with a 2.50 crochet hook and some silver crochet thread crocheted around the three edges ensuring stitches were regular and even.( I did 3 treble crochet in alternate holes and a single crochet in the other alternate hole ,all the way around.) Next I decided to add some beads to this part of the card, using fine beading wire, clear round beads and blue bugle beads I threaded them through the holes that I had crocheted in. I also decided to add a large blue bead to this part of the card to look like a catch. With this completed I cut out the lower part of the bag and using the same stitches as the top, crocheted around three edges.
To finish the card I backed each piece onto the same sheet of A4 white card , trimming where necessary.
Result is a lovely card that folds out, but also looks like a handbag.
