3D Valentine Heart Gatefold Aperture Card
This sheet combines a number of design concepts into something just a little bit different. The sheet contains the panels to make a gatefold card, the front covers of which have a split aperture. The inside panel has a beautiful floral embossed cushioned heart and a beautiful verse.
The heart elements on the sheet should be made up into a 3D heart embellishmnent and attached to the inside panel over the heart already there.
Finally attach one of the two sentiment banners provided to the outside left-hand panel. I have included an illustration of a finished card on the sheet for information. A tutorial is also available to show you how to make up the 3D embellishment, just click the link.
This is something just a little different, and a great keepsake. If you like this, check out my designer area regularly, I will be posting more designs like this. In the meantime why not check out all my other designs, just click on my name.

I printed the sheet on to decoupage paper and cut it out. I made a gatefold card from an A5 piece of card and stuck the 3 main piecse to it. I trimmed the edges of the card and cut out the apertures.
I stuck the heart pieces together with wet glue as it's easier to slide them together then stuck them to the card.
I finished off by adding the greeting. This lovely Valentine card is so easy and quick to make but looks beautiful.
This is a fun card to make and looks amazing with the 3D heart in the middle. I printed the design on matte photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I folded each heart in half and stuck them to each other in the order that they were printed.
I then flat stuck the last 2 halves to the heart in the middle of the design. I then stuck the centre and 2 fronts to a tri'fold base card and cut out the aperture. I added the greeting and ran a Distress marker around the edges to disguise the cut white edges.
