3D Silk Flower Embellishment in Blue and Card Front
This design features a card front and the elements to make a 3D embellishment. The elements all fold in half and are glued together.
When opened out flat, you have a gorgeous embellishment, (much like the old fashioned Christmas decorations I used to have as a child), to place on your card.
These are really easy to make, but the result is wonderful. If you are making these to send out to friends and family, you will need a concertina type envelope or a box, so as not to flatten your embellishment.
Check out the tutorial to see how they are made.

Printed onto photo card and all elements cut out. Two extra flowers printed for this one. 3D flower made up as per PDF Tutorial. Main image glued to blue pearlescent card, oval cut out of card using cuttlebug. Card lined with white parchment paper, 3D flower glued to main image.
I used itty bitty beads and iridescent glitter in the centre of two extra flowers and used foam pads to fix them in the oval onto parchment paper.
Glued white mulberry paper daisies around the oval with blue gems in the centre of each. Affixed the bow with a foam pad to top of oval to finish off.
Not difficult to make but very effective. 3D embellishments can lend themselves to so many different uses and they look fabulous.
