I love iris folding and this design is very easy to cut out and fill. I always 'cheat' and use quilling strips in order to reduce the finished card thickness.
With this design I would be very careful not too make her hips too wide (compare photos 1 & 2). The design also looks much more 'finished' when the shoulders and neck are added.
Photo 1 shows the contrast colour placed where indicated on the pattern. If you want your contrast in the skirt to match the sample and photo 2 you should make note that you need to use the contrast for pieces 3, 4, 5 and 8, 9, 10 (not the 6,7 and 11,12 marked on the pattern.)
