Christmas Tree Iris Folding Pattern
Easy iris folding pattern of a Christmas Tree. Use shiny paper and decorate with peel-offs and glitter.

Printed the design then traced around it onto white shimmer card. Cut out aperture then completed design using christmas papers. Mounted finished design onto green card. Finished with red peel off borders around white card & design.
Finished with red peel off greeting & bell and a red star gem on top of tree.
This is a very fast and effective 3D design. I cut out the basic shape onto my base card and used the folding lines to gauge where to place my 3 different papers.
I finished off the edge with a gold sticker, a diamente at the top of the tree and a gold peel off greeting.
Always wanted to make one of these cards. I found it a bit fiddly but eventually realised what I had to do. It turned out ok just a bit lop sided but I think the receiver will see it is quite intricate.
