I used perlised papers for this card. I cut the shape from an ivory perlised card with rounded corners, then made up the teddy using bronze for the fur and 2 shades of blue for the dress.
I added a blue bow, wobbly eyes and a nose.
I attached to a blue card and added a sentiment using a curly frame from cup221742543
