Penguin Iris Folding Pattern

I printed a dull, clowdy, sky background onto Centura Pearl Snow White card then turned it around and printed the sheet on the reverse.

I also printed the sheet onto cheap white paper.

I used a craft knife to cut out the penguine shape from the reverse of the card and used a small scisors to tidy it up.

I used strips of ordinary yellow paper and strips of black and white pearlescent paper to make up the iris folding pattern having stuck the cut out card over the paper pattern and followed that.

After completing the iris folding I used some Polar White Flower Soft along the bottom of the card and then mounted it onto some silver mirror card with some 1mm deep double sided foam tape before sticking the whole lot directly onto a black A5, tent fold, card.
