I scored the green card an inch and a half in from the left side. A piece of brown ribbon was wrapped around the left side of this green card and stuck to the back before the two sheets were glued together at this 1.5" flap. The main image was stuck directly to the card towards the right and then the intertwined strips were stuck in place in order using 1mm deep double sided foam tape. The card was finished off by tieing a knot around the ribbon using a doubled up piece of the same ribbon.
Such a nice image and with only straight cutting it is easy to make a striking card.){kind=link}

I took two A4 cards, one white and the other pearlescent green, standing landscape and cut them to 7" high. I scored the green card an inch and a half in from the left side. A piece of brown ribbon was wrapped around the left side of this green card and stuck to the back before the two sheets were glued together at this 1.5" flap.
