I printed the sheet onto Super Smooth Decoupage Paper, trimmed the white edges off, scored and folded it into the gatefold shape. The insert was then stuck inside a Gatefold card decorated with backing paper cup139008_442 and a topper from sheet cup139012_442 (seen in inset photo).
It's so nice to have matching items to make a co-ordinated card.
