A very versatile sheet which can be used in multiple ways.
Use it to create a gatefold card sticking panels 1 and 2 on the reverse of the outside folds and the centre panel inside the card.
OR Fold as a trifold zig zag card.
OR Arrange the tags on the front of a large A4 card.
There is also a second sheet (Dog's Life part 2 cup87527_68), which can be used with this sheet, to decoupage each panel.

I printed this onto good quality cardstock, cut out and folded into a trifold card. I then used sheet 2 of this design to complete the decoupage. A lovely fun card.
