I printed this sheet on glossy photo paper and glued the main card onto a rich blue card, to give a surrounding border.
Then I cut out the foldback part (not very well as my craft knife isn't very good).
Made up the decoupage front and attached (hiding my slightly ragged cut). Then finished with six little cats punched from the rich blue card, walking along the bottom edge.
