Twin Girls Quick Card with Decoupage

I used pink card. Going across the middle of the card I mat and layered and scalloped two pieces of card and then stuck down on the card.

Instead of just using this design as a shaped card I decided to mat and layer the design and place onto the bar on the card.

I then attached embellishments and added my own sentiments and attached a tag. To complete this lovely design I finished off with a lovely pink bow.
