There are so many things you can do with this card, dress it up, dress it down. I decided to have a play and see what would happen. Cut out the card and fold, I layered up the image using sticky foam pads.
Added one of the sentiments, covering it with sparkle dust and added more to the little girls skirt and the headband.
Picking out the blues in the image added a few paper flowers
