I printed the design onto quality photo paper, cut it out and assembled it with decoupage as per the instructions.
I cut an aperture in the front of an aqua square card base and attached the front image. Inside I matted the background to the back of the card.
I used gold peel-offs for repetitive borders around the woman and the outer part of the front of the card, as well as inside it to frame the back of the woman.
To complete it I added a gem to the bow. This novelty format, along with the humorous quote inside, makes a great card for a variety of occasions.
