This pretty design is printed on white card and cut out. I used a pink card which matches the roses and glued the fan into place.
Then attached each blade in numerical order, by turning each blade face down, with the thin end at the bottom, and putting 3 small blobs of silicone glue on the left side only and putting it into position.
I finished off with gold peel offs.
