I USED A BASE AND BACKGROUND IN COMPLEMENTING COLOURS TOT HE TOPPER .ADDED THE TOPPER AND EMBELLISHED IT WITH GEMS ,GLITTER AND PEEL OFF CORNERS .ADDED AN ORGANZA RIBBON BOW AT THE BOTTOM OF THE CARD AS WELL AS GOLDEN PEEL OFF STRIPS .
