I printed onto quality card then added a layer with foam pads. I made my card with a concertina left edge using a cup backing sheet and attached acetate for a cover.
Then attached a backing sheet with double sided tape and placed two of the tags on the base of card and one on the acetate, using a similar tag on the reverse of the acetate to cover any tape!
Obviously these are great as tags as well!
