Cat Tags2

I have printed the sheet out twice on 190 gram Matt photo card. I then cut out all the pieces and attached two together with a hole punched at the top to put a length of ribbon through to make a tie for the tags.

I have left the rest of the tag loose to allow a message to be written in the inside.
