Snips and Snails Baby Boy

I mounted base image of the card onto a black card and then used a thicker foam mounting tape to put it onto the white 300gm pearlescent card.

I did the same with the words at the bottom. I then made the decoupage on the baby with mini mounts.

I added the word Congratulations in a silver peel off below the baby.
