I printed this design onto good quality card twice and painted it using mica paints.
I covered an A5 card blank with a backing paper that looks like the sea, added a piece of brown embossed card and then added the painted mermaid which i had decoupaged.Then i stamped some fish, a seagull and a boat onto the background and painted them too and to finish i added a crab and a starfish embellishments from my stash.
