I printed the design on 250gsm strong photo paper I cut out the wheel, and followed the very easy directions to assemble, making sure I didn't push the brad in too hard, the wheel has to be able to be easy to turn.
I added crystal glitter to the snow balls and gold glitter to the outside stars.You can't get anything easier than this to make.
