I printed the page on photo paper then cut out the favors and folded on the fold lines. I stuck on the butterfly decoupage elements and punched out the black holes with a hole punch.
I put the lollipop in place and tied up the favor with a pretty lilac ribbon threaded through the holes.
There are two different colored designs on the page.
