I printed the design on good quality card 250gsm. I cut, scored and folded where required. I used double sided tape to secure.. These envelopes are great, I use them every year for my older grandchildren. A great design.

I printed onto 160gsm card. I scored & folded the cut a slop for the tab. I then secured the sides with double sided tape.
