Just score and fold where shown on the sheet. Fold in and use glue or double sided tape to secure the flaps to the back of the card to create a unique card which when opened has a pocket on the inside which to hold a lotto ticket, but could also hold theatre tickets, or gift tokens etc.
Greetings Sentiments and blank sentiments plates are also included on the sheet.
There is space on the inside to write a message and there is a handmade by plate on the back of the card too.

I printed the design onto 240gm cryogen off white pearlised card and scored and cut out. I added the decoupage using 2mm mini foam mounts. I used double sided tape for the inside flap that holds the lottery ticket. Great gift for any man or woman of any age.
I printed the image onto high quality card paper, cut it out, glued the edges and made the inner envelope.
Decoupaged the images and added greeting.
