Print onto card or thicker paper. (Print sheet twice)

Cut along solid line and score along dotted lines (2 pieces)

Fold in the side panel at right angles to the main panel.

Stick the side tabs to the side piece on the other piece repeat with the other piece secure the base tabs to each other
