The holes were made using an ordinary punch. The handle is craft twine knotted into the back of the bag.

I printed out 3 copies of the sheet on glossy photo paper. I used 2 to assemble the bag (reserving the scraps for the handle reinforcements). I scored and folded the bag before gluing it.
