I mounted the image onto a dark blue A5 card and then decoupaged the lettering and the teddy bug. I added a red ribbon and bow along the bottom of the card to balance it out.

I printed the sheets onto high quality card paper. I cut out all the elements. Using foam pads, I attached the decoupages to the card.Then, I glued the card and the insert onto colored card stock.
