I placed the base layer of this design onto good quality card stock. I then placed a ribbon at the top underside of the pages and stuck the pages down the spine placing sticky pads to the back centre of each side to allow the book to look real.
To complete the design I decoupaged the remaining elements on top. A really nice design.
