I printed the sheet onto good quality, 250gsm, white card. After trimming off the white border I scored at 1cm, 2.5cm 5.5cm and 7cm from a short edge and 1cm and 2.5cm in from both long edges. I cut an apperature out of the 3cm panel and stuck acetate behind it. I cut and trimmed where needed, folded at each score line and stuck the first 1cm flap to the inside to make the box. I scored what was left of the card in half and folded to make the attached greeting card. I simply decorated the card with a bow created in the centre of a ribbon put diagonally across the card and stuck on a simple peeloff "Dymuiadau Gorau" which is Welsh for Best Wishes. I then simply put in a bracelet I'd made into the box area and closed the ends.
I hope that this item will show you that, although backing paper designs are great for cardmaking, there are so many other possibilities of using them in other papercrafting.
